Inspector notes: EHS observed the plates on the make table in the front of the kitchen had food debris on the plates. EHS also observed a plate on the rack by the 3 compartment sink that had food debris still present inside of the plate. EHS confirmed with the PIC if the dishes were clean or dirty and she said they were clean. CA-PIC needs to make sure that clean dishes are free from any food debris. If food debris is still present once it has been properly clean then they need reclean the dishes again.
