Inspector notes: Observed a thick rust debris inside of the ice machine. The part will need to be cleaned and if the rust doesn't comes off then it will need to be replaced. Also observed the dishwasher with thick brown plaque debris on the interior surface. The dishwasher will need to be clean daily. Lastly, observed a black mold-like debris on the interior surface of the lid for the ice bin.
