Inspector notes: CA: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers OBSERVATION: Food service permit is not posted due to overdue permit fees. Copies of the invoices and credit card authorization provided for 2024 & 2025.

Inspector notes: CA: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. oBSERVATION: Inspection report is not posted for public view (near the register). Inspector notes: Observed ice cream scoops in water in container that was not 135F. Discussed with Operator to consider using crock pots or to have a scoop stored in the ice cream.
