Inspector notes: Observed cabbage stored in walk in cooler directly next to stack of shelled eggs, and cabbage stored on cardboard box full of canned bamboo shoots next to meat prep sink. Cabbage is a cooked product and never served fresh, but should be stored above all proteins and kept away from meat prep areas. Corrected on site: mess was removed and cabbages were placed in different storage areas away from these places.
