Inspector notes: Observed the in-use chlorine sanitizer bucket dispensing over 200 parts per million (ppm) of sanitizer solution. Chemical sanitizers, including chemical sanitizing solutions generated on-site, and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall have a concentration of 50-100 ppm when using chlorine sanitizer. PIC remade the chlorine sanitizer solution.
