Inspector notes: No hair restraints being worn in rear where several employees were observed prepping unwrapped food. Employees prepping or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints (hair nets, hats, or other effective means) approved by the Health Authority worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than 1/2 inch. Staff stopped duties to apply hair restraints and wash hands before beginning duty again to COS.
