CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Discussed with PIC to clean the ice off the floor as often as it is needed to keep the floor clean. Suggested keeping the door of the freezer closed at all times to prevent possible condensation buildup.
