Inspector notes: Observed a cracked lid on the container holding the shredded cheese. PIC discarded the cheese and the lid (COS).

Inspector notes: Observed (4) reach in coolers leaking water from the top (condensation leak) (employee's cooler, 2 pass thru coolers, and one cooler on the front-end). The water was very excessive and being caught in a metal pan. All coolers that are leaking must be repaired and checked for a clogged condensation line. If the line is not clogged then the coolers must be repaired. Please send a copy of the service report to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by 9/23/25. Observed ice build up on the pipes (motor area) of the walk in cooler. The ice must be cleaned and all food must be relocated, so that it won't become contaminated from the leak. The leak must be repaired.
