Inspector notes: Observed no sanitizer being used at the 3 compartment sink at the time of the inspection. Upon further investigation, EHS was told by PIC that they just ran out of sanitizer. CA - PIC will acquire food grade bleach and use it as their acting Santiizer from restaurant depot or webstaurant. PIC will also acquire chlorine test strip.
