Inspector notes: Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods (yogurt parfait, creamer) improperly cold holding above 41 degrees Fahrenheit (See temp log). CA: Discussed with PIC. Yogurts were out of temp for more than 4 hours and were discarded. Creamer was out of temp for less than 4 hours and will be rapidly cooled. Discussed monitoring temps of the reach-in cooler in the main entryway, ensuring TCS foods are 41F or below when they are put in this cooler and keeping the internal thermometer at the warmest part of the unit.
