CA: Chicken was taken out to be thawed at 7:30AM, at 10AM food was at 68 degrees F. Food was put in the cooler to lower temperature back to 41 degrees F or below. Thawed chicken reached a temperature of 51 degrees F by 10:45AM. PIC will monitor cooling to 41 degrees F.
