Inspector notes: Observed the condenser pipe leaking water onto a rack with boxes of unopened cookies, raw chicken and catering prep. CA: Advised PIC Food shall be protected from contamination that may result from a factor or source not specified under paragraphs (a) through (y) of this subsection. COS: PIC relocated all food items and a follow-up will be conducted in regards to the leak, PIC has been advised to provide a follow-up via email (please see comment section for details)
