Inspector notes: Observed black mold like substance in the interior of the ice bin chute. PIC will shut down the ice machine, burn ice, and cease utilizing ice in the ice machine until deep cleaned. PIC will order ice temporarily. PIC will email a completed work order to robert.lewis1@dph.ga.gov by 1/28/2026. The ice machine and chute must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
