Inspector notes: Observed in Cold Hold stand up unit a box of Raw meat sitting on top of a box of ready to eat pancakes. Cold hold unit needs to be stacked in a proper manner in which raw food is sitting below ready to eat food products. COS: Once PIC saw this occurrence she asked a member of staff to correct and organize stand up cold hold unit.
