COS: Manager had the cups discarded and placed cup in that area in protective packages.

Inspector notes: Observed reach in drawer cooler not holding food at the proper temperatures. COS: All food (shelled eggs and three cartons of liquid eggs) was discarded and Found that the unit (drawer reach in cooler) had been un-plugged during the morning cleaning. Rechecked the temperature of the drawer reach in cooler at the end of my inspection. Unit ambient holding temperature was at 37 degrees F.
