Recommend placing facility on regular cleaning schedule.

Inspector notes: Observed no sanitizer in facility for 3 compartment sink. PIC stated they are out of sanitizer and there is none in facility at time of inspection. Owner states "they purchase just enough bleach daily from IGA to use for that day and they have not been to the store yet today." All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment should be properly cleaned and sanitized and sanitizer must be at proper strength.
