Inspector notes: Observed Countertop refrigerator not maintaining proper cold hold temp at 41 degrees or below- yogurt temped at 48 degrees and cream cheese ind. packets temped at 53 degrees. Staff discarded yogurt and cream cheese and adjusted the thermostat on the unit which was reading 64 degrees.
