Inspector notes: Multiple items in WIC prepped today (02/18/26) observed cooling, but not vented to allow proper cooling. PIC immediately vented prepped items such as macaroni noodles, spaghetti meat sauce, sliced vegetables, etc. to allow them to cool properly within the allotted time frame. All cooling foods temped at 43F and were prepared late morning approxmately 10-11:00 am. Temp checked at approx. 1:30pm.
