Inspector notes: CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. Observed food employee switching tasks in between making food, writing on personal note pad, touching cellphone, and changing gloves without washing their hands. COS: Food employee discarded gloves and washed their hand before putting on new gloves.

Upon arrival, observed a blue bucket sitting inside of the hand sink. COS: PIC removed blue bucket from the hand sink and moved to dish area.
