Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that a facility prep top cooler was holding TCS foods at 45 deg f with an ambient temps of 45 deg f. COS: Prep line was placed under 4 hr tphc due to time it was removed from the walk in cooler. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to have the unit serviced and a appointment with a service tech was set up immediately. Facility is instructed to hold all TCS foods under 4 hr tphc until the unit is properly functioning again.
