Inspector notes: Observed prepared pizza with potentially hazardous food products stored at room temperature without proper methods for time tracking. Little Caesar's has a policy to set a 60 min timer when uncooked pizzas are placed in the rack, no timer was set. PIC stated that pizzas were placed in racks within the last two hours.
