Inspector notes: Observed the hand sink missing at the outdoor service area. Handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85°F (29.4°C) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. P Corrective Action: The hand sink in the outdoor front food service, must be replaced within 72 hours, by Sunday, April 20th, 2025. The outdoor food service area must remain closed until the hand sink has been replaced and approved by the health department.
