Buffet unit did not have an approved sneeze guard for buffet unit on either side. Facility owner shall discontinue use of buffet unit until approved sneeze guards are installed properly and approval is given by the LCHD. COS, owner was trained on food safety as it relates to approved equipment and obtaining approval from the LCHD for operations.
