Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels at the hand sink by the beer walk in cooler. Explained to the PIC that all hand washing stations needs to be keep stocked. Inspector notes: Observed cucumbers with a prep date of 11/20, diced tomatoes of a prep date of 11/23, pimento cheese with a prep date of 11/1, shredded cheese with a prep date of 11/20. Explained to PIC that all items needs to be use or discarded 6 day after it has been prepped in to a container.
