Inspector notes: Observed a food employee with gloved hands touch trash can and then touched aluminum foil with the same gloved hands to prep an order. Single use gloves were used for more than one task. CA: If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. COS: Food employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Inspector notes: Observed an uncovered container of raw shrimp located above a container of cooked shrimp and cheese. COS: Person in charge relocated container of raw shrimp.
