COS: Items were moved to thin shallow pans, lightly covered, and placed in freezer to cool quickly.

Items appeared to possibly have been cooled improperly, along with cooler may fluctuate in temperature. All items in temperature were moved to the beer cooler for the walk-in to be repaired and ensure 41 F or below is maintained.
