Inspector notes: EHS observed expired organic coconut milk. The label stated best by: 4/22/2025. CA- EHS informed PIC about the expired product and instructed PIC to discard item. PIC needs to make sure that employees are always aware of expiration dates and making sure that items are properly discarded once the expiration date has past.
