Inspector notes: Observed dishmachine quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Strength observed to be 0ppm after multiple cycles. PIC contacted management to schedule repair for machine. Until machine is repaired, dishes will be sanitized at the three compartment sink. PIC will email when dish machine is repaired.
