Inspector notes: Observed ceiling tiles and bulk food containers with holes in them within dry storage. After speaking to PIC, the reason for these are rats that come in through the air conditioning vents and walls. Did a perimeter check of area immediately outside the dry storage. Observed in the room adjacent to dry storage (which houses the air and heater units) big holes on the wall and vent going into storage. This adjacent room is know to also have rodent intrusion.
