Inspector notes: Observed ice scoop and ice scoop holder unclean to sight and touch (observed brown debris on alcohol swab wiped on surface of ice scoop and in the inside of ice scoop holder). Observed 5 metal bowls stored as clean unclean to sight with water residue and food debris. CA: 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. COS: The PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized each item. Those items were placed in a self drying manner.
