(see temp log). - COS, cooler does not appear to be working properly and PIC unsure when food got out of temp (above 41F). All potentially hazardous foods discarded and repair man called to fix cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous food items in walk-in-cooler until internal temp reaches 41F or below and can maintain food at 41F or below.
