Inspector notes: Observed sanitizing buckets at the serving line with sanitizer below 20ppm. Observed sanitizer buckets in the main kitchen with sanitizer below 20ppm C/A Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n); and (ii) Laundered daily. Inspector notes: Observed two containers with slushie mix stored in the WIC without any label on them. The original label peeled off and there was nothing marked on the containers.
