Inspector notes: Observed the ceiling tile in bad repair above the hot water heater and walk in freezer. Ceiling tile must be properly installed to create a washable, non absorbent surface in the mop sink/storage area and to prevent pest activity. The PIC did not know why the ceiling tile was not properly installed. CA-PIC will have the ceiling tile installed by 1/20/25.
