Inspector notes: Inspector observed food handling employee exit the restroom, re-enter the kitchen, donned an apron, and pushed the mop to the back of the kitchen. Corrective action: All employees shall wash hands before leaving the restroom. All food employees leaving the restroom shall wash their hands again upon re-entering the food preparation area. COS - PIC had employee wash hands and retrained on when to wash; provided PIC with a handwashing poster during inspection.
