Inspector notes: Observed dining tables with food debris. Person in charge stated that tables were cleaned at the start of the shift (10:00 am), However due to high customer volume, employees did not have the opportunity to clean and sanitize the dining tables between customers. Corrective action: PIC was informed and instructed dining table shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent the accumulation of food debris, particularly between customers. COS: Tables were cleaned at the time of the inspection.
