CA: Charlton EH instructed PIC that damaged areas need to be repaired, the FSE needs a deep clean, and to be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulations.

CA: Charlton EH reviewed with PIC proper food storage based on cook temperatures and ordered that foods be stored properly in food grade containers. Partially COS: turkey legs were discarded and hamburger patties discarded.
