Inspector notes: Observed items in both prep top coolers above 41 degrees. Chicken 46, Beef 53, shrimp 54, beef 53, onions 50, beef 50, cheese 50, pico 50, cut tomatoes 49, salsa 50, Chicken 49. All items being cold held shall be 41 degrees F or less. PIC notified. Items shall be moved and units shall be serviced. Items can be put on ice as a temporary fix.

PIC notified that kitchen is in full disarray and that the kitchen must be cleaned and maintained at a consistent frequency to prevent the build up of food debris, and prevent the accumulation of pests.
