PIC informed that if cashier assists in front service food prep, employee shall wash hands when switching tasks, immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles (take money, wash hands, then prep food).

Inspector notes: Observed that 1 paper towel dispenser was out of paper towels and the other was not working properly. EHS informed employees of the issue and instructed PIC to fix paper towel dispenser in dishwashing area and to add paper towels to the dispenser near the WIC and WIF.
