Inspector notes: Observed oil containers stored directly on the floor on the cook line. One of the oil containers were used to prop the reach in freezer door close. Observed cups with cut lemons used for their lemonade slushies stored in a large plastic bag with holes in the walk in cooler. Manager was advised to remove oils 6 inches off the floor and place the cups with cut lemons in a container that prevents potential contamination.

Inspector notes: Observed reach in freezer and reach in coolers with gaskets in complete disrepair causing the doors to not fully close. Manager had brought in the new gaskets to the establishment in order to repair the doors. Observed fryer baskets (5) in disrepair. Manager replaced the baskets with brand new ones.
