Inspector notes: Observed reduced oxygen fish (large tuna fillets) that bear a label indicating that it is to be kept frozen --not removed from the reduced oxygen environment prior to its thawing and/or immediately upon completing its thawing, using procedures of completely submerging in cold running water. Advised PIC to ensure all fish in ROP packaging that states "remove from packaging prior to thawing" is removed from packing prior to placing in the refrigerator for thawing.
