Inspector notes: Raw pork in pans in walk in cooler stored over previously cooked and cooled corn and whole melons. Fruit to be washed still and may use antimicrobial fruit wash (strips on site). Melon fruit moved to section of cooler where rest of fruit was stored and corn moved to higher shelf above raw product. Reheating corn to 165 before hot holding. Store food by cook temperature in walk in cooler with raw chicken being lowest and no cook step on highest shelves to avoid cross contamination/dripping.

NOTE: SCOOP/SPOON beside rice cooker should be washed, rinsed, sanitized every 4 hours while in use and after use.
