Melon fruit moved to section of cooler where rest of fruit was stored and corn moved to higher shelf above raw product. Reheating corn to 165 before hot holding. Store food by cook temperature in walk in cooler with raw chicken being lowest and no cook step on highest shelves to avoid cross contamination/dripping.
