Inspector notes: observed water at sanitizing sink and water in sanitizing buckets being used for table cleaning with no concentration of quats. COS-sanitizer dispenser at sanitizing sink was found to not be working properly and was fixed, sink and buckets were drained and replaced with new concentration around 400 ppm quats.
