Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had 2 pans of chili that were labelled to have been prepared on 08/18 that were at temps of 50 & 44 deg f indicating that they had never properly cooled down. COS: Pans of chili were discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that cooldown procedure is properly followed. 135 - 70 deg f or below in 2hrs and 70 - 41 deg or below in 6 hours. **BASE VIOLATION**
