Inspector notes: At time of inspection, observed a container of pumpkin waffle mix with a date label marked as being made on 10/19/2025. The mix should have been discarded on the seventh day after making. COS: PIC discarded the waffle mix.

Inspector notes: At time of inspection, observed multiple containers from the front food service (FFS) area / consumer self-service breakfast area, in the refrigerator to be re-served at tomorrow's breakfast. (Glass containers without lids are placed in breakfast area for guests to dip out of with a provided spoon in each container - the containers had been covered with plastic wrap and placed in refrigerator for re-service tomorrow.) All unwrapped foods in self-service areas must be discarded at the end of breakfast. COS: PIC discarded the items (strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, etc.).

Inspector notes: At time of inspection, the test strips (for the 3-compartment sink and sanitizer buckets) bear an expiration date of 8/1/2023. PIC states new strips will be ordered ASAP.

Inspector notes: At time of inspection, observed forks and spoons in containers at consumer self-service, with the food-contact surface of utensils exposed. COS: PIC rearranged the forks and spoons so that their handles are exposed and food-contact surfaces of utensils are not exposed to contamination by touch.
