Inspector notes: Observed cream cheese on the bottom shelf of the self serve reach in cooler with a temperature of 50F. Employee stated the food has been inside the unit for several days. Ambient air temperature at the top is 41F, however the bottom is 47F, maybe due to certain food products blocking air flow. Cream cheese discarded and employee rearranged the food in the cooler.
