PIC instructed to always make hand sink accessible for employees.

Inspector notes: Observed black mold like substance and stains on the prep top cutting board. Observed pink and black mold like substance on the interior white flap of ice machine. 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils should be clean to sight and touch. Inspector notes: Observed residues on kitchen equipment. Observed rusted shelves in the WIC, observed gaskets unclean and observed debris on shelves. 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. Advised PIC that all nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept clean.
