Inspector notes: Observed multiple heavily scored cutting boards. Observed black residue build up on the walls of the inside of the ice machine in the room behind the bar. CA advised pic to change his cutting boards and to have their ice machine routinely cleaned.

Inspector notes: Observed mechanical dishwasher at the bar unable to dispense sanitizer. Test strip showed 0 ppm. CA advised pic to discontinue the use of the dishwasher until it is repaired and to instead use the dish washer or three compartment sinks in the main kitchen.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple fruit flies flying throughout main kitchen area. CA advised PIC to contact pest control and to have them routinely come out to treat the area to eliminate any presence of pest.
