Inspector notes: Observed containers of salt, sugar, and msg that were unlabeled in front of the fryer. Food Labels (Pf, C) (c) Food Labels. 1. Food packaged in a food service establishment, that is not provided by a foodservice employee upon consumer request, shall be labeled as specified in law, including 21 CFR 101- Food labeling, and 9 CFR 317 Labeling, marking devices, and containers. 2. Label information shall include: (i) The common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement PIC instructed food service employee to label containers of msg, salt, and sugar.

Inspector notes: Observed unclean buildup inside ice bin along the top rim. Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils. In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: Advised PIC to burn and discard ice, wash and sanitize ice bin before reusing bin.
