A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf Note: Facility did not have QAC test strips to test the concentration of the QAC in the sanitizing compartment of their 3 compartment sink. PIC stated she would order some and in the mean time use the bleach because they had the proper chlorine test strips.
