Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels in stock at handwashing sink. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf 2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; Pf 3. A heated-air hand drying device; Pf or 4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Must obtain paper towels asap.

Inspector notes: Observed no written procedure for norovirus clean up on file at facility during time of inspection. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Quat sanitizer currently at facility is effective against norovirus. Must obtain written procedure and list quat as sanitizer.

Inspector notes: Observed exposed concrete on floor near handwashing sink. Also observed wall under window to the left of the reach in cooler in disrepair. Physical facilityv must be maintained in good repair. Must fix.

Inspector notes: Observed no hot water at the hand sink next to the 3 compartment sink. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Pf This sink must be repaired within 72 hours.

Inspector notes: Observed employee preparing a customer's order without a hair restraint. All employees handling food must wear a hair net, hat, or some other type of hair restraint in addition to tying the hair back, if it is longer than 0.5 inches.
